We love having your child as a student at Ethos Academy and hope you choose to return for the 2024- 2025 school year. Enrollment is limited and we want to make sure that your child has a space reserved for next year. Please complete the intent to return form below for EACH of your children who currently attend Ethos Academy for grades K through 7th, 8th graders who will be moving to high school next year will NOT need to complete the form.

If you have a child who will be entering Kindergarten or a sibling applying into another grade, please contact Ms. Berenice, Student Registrar, at 623-249-3211 ext. 1102 to start your enrollment process.

Please note that there will be no guaranteed space reservations for students who do not complete their intent to return form.
