Mrs. Baldridge is the former Executive Director for The Foundation for Blind Children. She is a local resident that concentrates her efforts on Special Education, governance, and community programs.

Mr. Fierro is a Recreation Coordinator II at the Goelet A.C. Beuf Community Center in North Phoenix. He is also on the advisory board for the Christine YMCA and a graduate of the Valle Del Sol’s Hispanic Leadership Institute-Phoenix 2017.
James Mathew Sandoval

Mr. Sandoval had over fifteen years of experience as a nonprofit and education leader. He is the former VP of Community Initiatives for the Valley of the Sun YMCA, a former State Director for TeamCFA, and is currently an Executive Director for a residential community for adults with developmental disabilities in Glendale, Arizona.
Ruth Miller

Mrs. Miller is an entrepreneur and has been practicing real estate full-time in the Greater Metro-Phoenix area for 34 years. She holds her master negotiation expert certification and is recognized in the top 2% of agents in our local industry. She offers extensive experience in real estate contracts, negotiations, and works well under pressure.
Mahalia Sinclair

Ms. Sinclair is a highly effective and proven Human Resources and Leadership Development executive. With over 40 years in the same field, she has helped teams deliver outstanding results in a sustainable culture in both public and private sectors.
Wayne S. Thatcher
Director
Mr. Wayne Thatcher is the Supervisor, Balancing Authority at the Energy Control Center, Arizona Public Service-Phoenix. Mr. Thatcher has also served as a former Navy Nuclear Machinist First Class (E-6).

Notices for the meetings are posted in the front office on the bulletin board of the school (8840 N. 43rd Ave., Glendale, AZ 85302) and the website at least 24 hours prior to each meeting.
All regular Governing Board Meetings are held on the 4th Friday of the month at 10:30 AM unless otherwise indicated. All meetings are held at Ethos Academy, 8840 N 43rd Ave Glendale, AZ 85302, in our board room.
