Ethos Academy proudly offers an Extended Care program for school-age children in grades K-8. This program provides a safe and caring environment where children can learn and interact under the supervision of trained instructional specialists. Activities are designed to extend classroom learning, enhance social interaction, and promote cognitive and emotional development.

All students will enjoy a complimentary breakfast from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM. An afternoon snack is also provided daily, ensuring students stay nourished throughout their time in Extended Care.

Instructional specialists will allocate dedicated time for homework, providing a supervised environment where students can focus on their studies.

Families with three or more students enrolled in the Extended Care program qualify for a multi-child discount: the first two children are charged at full price, while any additional children receive a 50% discount.

Fees are based on weekly enrollment and are due the Friday before the week of service. Early release afternoons are included for students with regular afternoon schedules. Any student not already enrolled who wishes to attend Extended Care on an early release day must submit a completed registration packet to the Extended Care Coordinator in advance.

Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To enroll, please provide a copy of your child’s emergency contacts. Students must be registered at Ethos Academy to join the Extended Care program. Completed registration packets should be submitted to the Extended Care Coordinator, and Extended Care Contracts can be picked up in the front office.

Students enrolled in the Extended Care program are expected to adhere to the philosophy and policies of Ethos Academy. Detailed behavior protocols are outlined in the Family Handbook. Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the program. Copies of the Code of Conduct are available in the front office.
